How a show comes together.
Every booking follows the same arc: a phone or email conversation about your date, venue, and what you want the moment to feel like; a quote with everything included; permit applications submitted at least thirty days out (more for over-water shows); a site survey and fallout calculation; the show itself; a post-show debrief and footage delivery. No surprises, no add-ons, no day-of fees.
