Cities and venues we cover

Key Largo, Tavernier, Islamorada, Marathon, Big Pine Key, Key West. Most regional venues have either booked us before or are familiar with our paperwork process. If you’re working with a specific resort, planner, or city contact, mention it in your quote request and we can speed things up.

Permits and authority coordination in Florida Keys

The Florida Keys require coordination with the Monroe County Fire Marshal’s Office (Mary Moeller, 305-289-6005, 7280 Overseas Highway, Marathon). Permit applications must be filed at least 30 days before the event. Over-water and barge shows additionally require Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary (NOAA) clearance and US Coast Guard notification, which we handle in-house. Incorporated cities, Key West, Marathon, Islamorada Village, Key Colony Beach, Layton, run their own fire marshal processes for displays inside city limits. Lead time for Keys bookings should be 60+ days when over-water clearance is required.

What kind of shows we fire here

Wedding finales, destination wedding shows, resort holiday programs, brand activations, corporate events, municipal Fourth of July productions, New Year’s Eve countdowns, gender reveals, and private estate displays. Indoor venues are served with cold spark machines and theatrical flame effects when aerial work isn’t an option.

Pricing for Florida Keys shows

Most Florida Keys fireworks shows fall in clear pricing bands based on duration, venue, and permit complexity. Two-minute moment shows start at one band; five-minute pyromusical finales sit in another. Coastal and over-water shows that require Coast Guard or marine sanctuary coordination add a meaningful premium. Request a specific quote and we’ll come back within one business day.

Lead time

For most Florida Keys shows, 60 to 90 days out is comfortable. 30 days is the working minimum for permit-required aerial displays. Less than 30 days is workable for cold spark and indoor effects only.
