Estate parties & private celebrations
Birthdays, anniversaries, milestone celebrations, retirement parties, family reunions. Private waterfront estates, golf clubs, private islands. Often the most flexible category since the host controls the venue and the audience. Standard pricing band for a 2-5 minute show: $5,500-$14,000 depending on duration, venue, and permit complexity.
Weddings & destination weddings
Wedding fireworks are our most-requested private event category and our most refined product. First-kiss timing, music sync to your finale, indoor cold spark options when aerial isn’t allowed. For couples flying into Florida for destination weddings, we handle venue coordination, permit logistics, and vendor liaison through your wedding planner. Gender reveals
Pink or blue burst at the moment of the reveal, sometimes coordinated with a longer celebration display afterward. Most gender reveals fall in a $3,500-$6,500 range depending on whether it’s a single reveal moment or a full celebration show. Indoor venues use cold spark with colored gel; outdoor venues get the real thing.
Yacht & marina events
Private waterfront displays for yacht parties, marina celebrations, and over-water shows. Coordinated with US Coast Guard for safety zones. Particularly common across South Florida, the Keys, and Tampa Bay.
Anniversary & milestone shows
Major anniversaries (25th, 50th, golden anniversaries) and milestone birthdays often warrant a real finale. Smaller-scale shows scoped to the venue and the guest count.

- Initial consultation with Josh personally about your event, venue, and the moment you want to create
- Custom show design and choreography
- All permit applications and authority coordination (fire marshal, Coast Guard for waterfront, FKNMS for Keys)
- Site survey and fallout calculation
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your venue, additional insureds named as required
- Electronic firing for safety and precision
- Music sync where applicable
- On-site crew the day of, fire watch coordination, post-show cleanup
- Indoor cold spark + theatrical flame substitution if weather forces it inside
Private event pricing
Every private event show is quoted custom. Price scales with how long the show runs, how intricate the choreography is, whether it syncs to music, the location (estate, beach, waterfront, barge), and how much product ends up in the sky.
- The minimum investment for a permitted aerial private event show is $6,500.
- Longer pyromusical finales with music sync and multiple acts step up from there.
- Over-water and barge productions involve marine permits and equipment, so they are priced separately.
- Signature, multi-act productions for high-end estates and destination events can reach well into five figures.

We come back with a specific quote within one business day. Florida permits run 30-90 days depending on jurisdiction; Florida Keys over-water shows need 60+ days. Earlier is always better.
