Corporate & Resort Fireworks in Florida

Hotels, resorts, brand activations.

Corporate and resort fireworks is its own discipline. The vendor needs to slot quietly into a multi-vendor program, work alongside hotel security and guest relations, handle the permit process without bothering the property, and execute a show that photographs cleanly for the brand. My 3 Sons Fireworks Company has fired corporate and resort productions across Florida with the discretion that hospitality clients require.

Resort programs.

Florida resorts run regular firework programs around major holidays (Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, NYE) and around in-property events (weddings, corporate buyouts, brand activations). We work with property GMs, banquet managers, and director-of-event roles to provide reliable shows on a recurring basis. Once we’ve fired at a property, the second show is faster, cheaper, and easier to schedule.

Brand activations and grand openings.

For brand activations, the show is a marketing asset as much as an entertainment one. We coordinate with your media team and photographers to ensure the production captures cleanly. For grand openings, we time the show to ribbon-cutting moments, anchor speeches, or a closing reveal.

Corporate retreats and buyouts.

Private buyouts at hotels and resorts often include a fireworks night. We work with the corporate event planner directly, provide one quote that includes everything, and coordinate the timing with the property’s other programming.

Insurance, COI, additional insureds.

Corporate and resort clients almost always require a Certificate of Insurance with the property and corporate entity named as additional insureds. We can issue COIs within two business days. Our general liability coverage meets standard hospitality vendor minimums; if your specific property requires higher limits, we can quote on a per-show basis.

Discretion.

The most important thing for corporate and resort work is that the production is invisible to guests until the moment it isn’t. Vendor staging in approved areas only. No on-site noise outside of the firing window. Crew uniformed and badge-visible. Cleanup completed before guests are out the next morning. This is what separates a hospitality-friendly pyrotechnic vendor from a generalist.
