Fireworks displays in the Caribbean.
My 3 Sons Fireworks Company travels for Caribbean engagements out of a Jupiter, Florida base. The Caribbean is a different operating environment than Florida, but the design discipline and equipment standards are the same — every show is designed by Josh Hite, a PGI certified display operator, and fired electronically by credentialed My 3 Sons crews. We work with island fire and harbor authorities, marine vendors, and venue partners to produce shows that hit the same quality bar as our mainland productions.
Where in the Caribbean we work
Common engagements include the Bahamas, Turks & Caicos, Cayman Islands, the US Virgin Islands, the British Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico, plus selective work in the broader Eastern Caribbean. Each destination has its own permitting authority, marine coordination requirements, and import/export logistics for pyrotechnic product, so we plan every Caribbean show with extra lead time.
What a Caribbean booking looks like
Caribbean shows are quoted custom because they involve more moving parts than a Florida booking. We coordinate with local fire authorities, harbor masters where shows are over water, and customs for any product that has to ship into the destination. For destination weddings and resort productions, we work with your planner and the property as a single point of contact, so you do not have to chase three vendors for the show, the permits, and the venue logistics.
Typical Caribbean lead times
- Resort or venue land-based show: 60 to 90 days minimum from booking to event
- Over-water and barge shows: 90 to 120 days, sometimes longer depending on island authority
- Peak season (December holidays, New Year’s Eve, peak wedding months): the earlier the better — high-demand dates fill up
What kind of shows we fire in the Caribbean
Destination weddings, resort and hotel-property celebrations, yacht and superyacht events, private estate parties, corporate retreats, and select municipal or holiday shows where the island authority approves and a local partner is in place. The show formats are the same as our Florida productions — two-minute moment shows, pyromusical finales choreographed to a song, signature multi-act productions — with the location and logistics tailored to the island.
Pricing
Caribbean shows start higher than mainland equivalents because of travel, accommodation, product shipping, and local coordination overhead. Investment scales with show length, choreography complexity, location, and the amount of product in the sky. We will give you a specific number on the call once we hear about the property, the date, and the moment you want to make. Request a Caribbean quote.
