Destination wedding fireworks, coordinated end-to-end.
Destination weddings come with a different set of logistics. Couples are flying in from out of state or out of the country. The planner is often coordinating remotely. The venue may be a resort with its own preferred-vendor process. Time on the ground is short. My 3 Sons Fireworks Company has fired Florida destination weddings for couples from across the United States and internationally; the workflow is built around the way destination planning actually happens.
One number for the entire pyrotechnic side.
Your planner doesn’t have time to chase three separate vendors for the show, the permits, and the venue coordination. We handle all of it. One contract. One contact. One quote that includes the show, the permits, the site survey, the rehearsal coordination, the fire watch, and the cleanup.
Florida regions we cover.
We fire destination weddings across every region of Florida: Palm Beach, South Florida, Miami-Dade, Tampa Bay, Naples and Marco Island, Sanibel and Captiva, Central Florida and Orlando, Jacksonville and Amelia Island, the Panhandle and 30A, and the Florida Keys. Every region has its own permit calculus and lead-time requirements; we handle the paperwork end-to-end.
Working with your planner.
Most destination weddings are coordinated through a wedding planner; we work directly with them as a preferred vendor partner. We send the COI (certificate of insurance) directly to the venue, copy your planner on every email with the venue, and coordinate the rehearsal timing so the planner can fold the firework cue into their broader run-of-show.
Working with your venue.
Most Florida resorts and destination wedding venues we’ve worked with already have a fireworks process and a preferred-vendor list. If you’ve chosen a venue we’ve worked at before, we can move faster. If it’s a new venue, we’ll do the site survey ourselves to confirm the fallout zone, vendor staging, and any conflicts with adjacent property.
Lead time.
For destination weddings, six months out is comfortable. Three months is workable for most jurisdictions. Less than thirty days is not workable for permitted aerial shows in any Florida jurisdiction. If you’re inside the thirty-day window, ask about cold spark and flame effects, which have shorter venue approval timelines.
Pricing.
Most destination wedding shows fall in a similar pricing range as in-state weddings, with a premium added for over-water and barge logistics where applicable. The exact number is set once we know the venue and date.
